• Ensure safe access to items to be removed and disclose obstacles (stairs, gates, pets, etc.).
• Have someone authorized on site when required to approve items removed and final pricing.
• Remove personal items you wish to keep before we begin.

We do not accept hazardous or regulated materials unless explicitly agreed in compliance with law (including, without limitation, certain chemicals, asbestos, medical/biohazard waste, and pressurized tanks). You are responsible for identifying and disclosing such materials. We may refuse or stop work if unsafe or prohibited items are discovered.

Payment terms are communicated at booking or completion of service. You agree to pay agreed charges for services performed. Failure to pay may result in collection action permitted by law.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may apply a reasonable cancellation or trip fee for late cancellations or missed appointments where permitted by law and disclosed at booking.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bin Bandits Junk Removal AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bin Bandits Junk Removal from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or inaccurate information you provide, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law applies.

Except where prohibited, you agree that exclusive venue for disputes relating to these Terms or the website lies in state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
